Getting started

  1. Install GCC Manager on your phone.
  2. Link it to your garage. Type your garage name as MOTvault gave it to you and tap Link.
  3. Sign in with your own Garage Command Centre login, the same email and password you use for the dashboard.

The app opens on Today: the cars booked in, who is on site, what has been taken on pay links, and what is waiting for you.

Common questions

"No garage has that name"Check the name with MOTvault. It is not case-sensitive and spaces or dashes do not matter.
"That email or password was not right"Use the same login as the dashboard. Logins are created by your garage or by MOTvault; the app cannot create one. If you have forgotten your password, ask MOTvault to reset it.
"Your session has expired"Sign in again. Nothing was sent while you were signed out, so it is safe to resend a reply.
Which number does a reply come from?Your garage's own. If the customer last wrote on WhatsApp within 24 hours the reply goes on WhatsApp, which is free; otherwise it goes as a text. The box above the keyboard tells you which before you send, and you confirm every message.
What do Awaiting, Accepted and Owed mean?The same as on the dashboard. Awaiting is waiting on the customer and drops off after two days with no answer. Accepted is live work the customer said yes to. Owed is finished work nobody has paid for yet.
The takings look lowThe app shows pay-link payments by the day they were paid. Cash and card-machine takings are in the dashboard.
NotificationsMore › Notifications. Alerts say what happened without naming the customer or the amount, so nothing private shows on a lock screen. If the switch is missing, notifications have not been switched on for your garage yet.
Phone lost or stolenAsk MOTvault or your garage's owner to change your dashboard password. That signs the lost phone out.
Removing your accountAsk your garage's owner or email us and the login is deleted, along with its notification registrations.
